How I track my orders ?

When we send out your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can then trace to see where the package is with our chosen shipping carrier (we use a number of different shipping carriers depending on the size of the order and delivery address). If you have any trouble or questions about the whereabouts of your order, please contact us at hello@baristapods.com.au and we will try to answer your email as soon as we can.

How to store my pods ?

Make sure you store your pods in a cool dark place. Pantry or a drawer is a perfect place for it :)

How long my pods good for ?

Barista Pods last for 12 months but we recommend them to use within 60 days for the best freshness and taste.

Which machines Barista pods are compatible?

Barista Pods is 100% compatible with Original Line Nespresso® coffee pod machines. 

Our pods are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo, Nespresso® Professional, Lavazza A Modo Mio, Espressotoria, ALDI Expressi or Dolce Gusto machines. 

What if the Barista pods don't work ?

Our pods have been tested on all Nespresso® original line compatible machines and we are confident that they will also work in yours. But If you experience any issues at all, we recommend to stop using the pods and reach out to us at " email " and our customer service team will be in touch to help you out.
