Shipping policy

Barista Pods orders are shipped in 1-2 business day. 

Shipping rates vary based on weight and your shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

The expected delivery time is 2-9 business days once the order has been shipped depending on the destination:

• Standard delivery 4-5 days,
• PO Box and rural might take 7-9 days,
• Express Delivery 1-3 days
• no Express Shipping is available on orders above 5 kgs and on International Orders.

Please order ahead and choose Express Post in the checkout if you need products quickly. Express delivery is available up to 4.5kgs. We recommend you to split your order in case of larger than 4.5 kg order.

Please note Australia Post and freight companies are currently experiencing delivery delays in most destinations due to reduced capacity and increased parcel volumes.

Please ensure to fill in the correct contact details. In case of missing or incorrect shipping details we are unable to refund your order.
